Bun Bo Hue is a spicy noodle soup, originating from the imperial capital of Hue, in central Vietnam. This lemon grass-based dish is admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty and sweet flavor and was traditionally served to the royal court. Served with banana flowers, cabbage, jalapeño, and lime.
